Karl Lagerfeld vogue icon incinerated in France

Karl Lagerfeld's vogue legend was cremated in France on Friday, Nearer journal reported.

The German designer who had been in Paris within the presence of Virginie Viard, who succeeded him as artistic director at Chanel, Princess Caroline of Monaco and Bernard Arnault, head of the posh group LVMH, stated Nearer on his web site.

A spokesman for the style home Lagerfeld had instructed AFP that "their needs shall be revered."

The ashes of Lagerfeld are to affix a few of Jacques de Basher, his nice love who died of AIDS in 1989.

Lagerfeld had instructed Basker's biographer, Marie Ottavi, that a few of his ashes had been being saved "someplace on this planet."
